BBIS hosts the 15th BIMP

On 2 February 2025, BBIS proudly hosted the 15th annual Berlin International Music Project (BIMP), bringing together over 250 talented performers for an unforgettable afternoon of music and collaboration.

What began as a small partnership between schools in Berlin and Brandenburg has grown into a truly international celebration of youth music. This year, we welcomed students and ensembles from Berlin Bilingual School, Berlin British School, Berlin Cosmopolitan School, Dresden International School, the Joyful Noise Gospel Choir, the Local Vocal Chamber Choir from Hungary, and the Mixed Choir from Ciszterci St. Stephen High School, also from Hungary.

BIMP continues to provide young musicians with an inspiring platform to connect, rehearse, and perform alongside fellow singers and instrumentalists from diverse musical backgrounds.

The audience was treated to a vibrant and varied programme, featuring performances by the junior and senior choirs, senior orchestra, gospel choir, rock and pop band, and samba band — each showcasing the unique talents and styles of the participating groups.

A heartfelt congratulations to all performers for their dedication, energy, and inspiring performances!

BIMP aims to bring musicians together from different parts of the world to creat high-quality music in a joyful and collaborative way.Anna "Panni" Kovacs, BIMP Founding Director and Coordinator
