What is your background?

I am a Brit who came to Berlin in 1992 as a university student and then worked in commerce for a while before going to teach English in Japan, German in the UK and back to Berlin for business.


What inspires you in your professional role?

When I learn something new from a student in one of my classes or a student writes an amazing essay demonstrating what they have learnt.

What are you passionate about?

Girls learning maths or finance - because girls learn differently but are often written off at high school age when it comes to these subjects. Generally having more strong independent women as business role models.

What makes BBIS special?

The high number of multinational students in one class and my colleagues in the I&S department.
